Frequently asked questions

What does the rental include?

1,000 square feet, tables and chiavari chairs, WiFi, dimmable lights, surround speakers, flat screen smart TV, projector, kitchenette, no stove, one refrigerator, 2 restrooms with essentials.

How do I take a tour?

Open house is held every Monday from 6pm-8pm by appointment only. Please contact us to schedule a walk through.

How do I book my event?

Please fill out our booking contact form. The space is booked when the following steps are completed:
1. Contract signed and submitted
2. 50% deposit submitted. (Remaining balance due two weeks before your event date)
3. Completed an open house tour or virtual tour.

Any hidden fees?

We have a $150 damage deposit. The deposit is refundable if there is no damage determined.

How much time do I get?

The day session begins at 10 am and ends at 4pm. The evening session begins at 5pm and ends at 11:00 pm.

What if I need more time?

Discuss your specific needs with the booking agent.

Are the booking time frames flexible? Can I book from 5pm-11pm instead of 4pm to 10pm for example?

While the booking time frames are set, we do offer full day rentals. If you need hours outside of one of the timeframes listed above, please inquire about our full day rental options.

Are last minute bookings available?

Yes, we accept last minute bookings, however the best way to secure your date is to contact us at least 4-6 weeks ahead of your desired date.

What do we do with our trash and recycling after clean up?

Place trash in the designated outdoor trash bins. Do not leave on sidewalk or inside of the venue. Cleaning supplies will be made available.

How do I check myself in or out?

Text or call prior to checking yourselves in at 267-603-3733. A member of the Suite 5048 team will be present at your event.

Can we bring alcohol, hire caterers or a DJ?

Alcohol and vendors are welcome so long as a separate one-day event insurance policy is provided prior to check-in and the alcohol is not being sold. There is no need for the insurance policy when there is no alcohol and when there are no hired vendors.

Are there staff on site?

Suite 5048 is your self-run DIY studio rented for your private event. This is your blank canvas to design and make your own creation. Staff may or may not be on site during your event.

How many attendees can the venue seat?

It depends on how you lay out your floor plan for your event. Some parties like to use the high-top tables for a cocktail style standing event where 50 or fewer attendees could be comfortable. Seating 50 or fewer attendees could work comfortably.

May we decorate or arrange the furniture?

Yes, this is your blank canvas to design your own event. Put everything back as found.

Cancellations Policy?

The deposit is non-refundable, once submitted. If you cannot host on your booked date, you may contact us (at least two weeks prior to your event) to reschedule for another date of your choosing.

Miscellaneous Notes

There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter, confetti, powder or balloons with the confetti inside can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke. Pets are allowed with prior approval and must be cleaned up after, while you are using the space. There are other businesses and tenants connected to our premises, so please be courteous and considerate of noise.
